Why is my shift 'pending approval'?

We aim to review shifts and process payments for approved shifts within 24 - 72 hours. However, some payments can take up to 7 days per our terms of service. On-site shifts can require validation which can make the payment process take a bit longer. We kindly ask that you always give at least 48 hours for payments to be processed.
