My payment status is "In Transit." What does that mean?

"In Transit" means that your funds are being delivered to the payment account you transferred to. Depending on the payment method you chose, this can take up to 30 minutes (Instant Pay) or up to 5 business days (standard transfer).

While your funds are "In Transit," they are frozen. You will not be able to view (or withdraw) them in the Shiftsmart app.

We are unable to stop the funds from moving while they are "In Transit.""
