What to do if you can't make it to a shift

Running Late or Canceling a Shift

We understand that things come up. If you're going to be more than 15 minutes late, we'll try to reach you by phone. After 15 minutes, you'll be marked as a no-show, and the shift will be given to someone else.

  • Cancelling Shifts: You can cancel shifts up to 12 hours before they start without affecting your reliability score. Cancelling within 12 hours or not showing up will lower your reliability score. Too many late cancellations or no-shows will affect your ability to accept future shifts.
