As a partner on the Shiftsmart app, your shift success is based on three key areas:
- Reliability Score: Do you show up when you say you will?
- On-Time Rate: Are you on time when the shift starts?
- Task Completion: Do you finish all the tasks during your shift?
Shiftsmart checks this by reviewing the photos you submit through the in-app task list. The Task List serves three purposes:
- Guides Your Work: It shows what tasks need to be completed during your shift.
- Verifies Task Completion: Shiftsmart uses it to confirm that you've done the correct tasks.
- Helps You Get Paid Faster: Completing tasks through the app enables you to work more shifts and receive payment promptly.
Important: You must submit photos during your shift. If you don’t, you won’t get credit for completing the tasks, which could lead to your shift being rejected.
