I have an issue with my payment for a shift. How do I resolve it?

Make sure to review the Payments FAQ for the answer to your question.

If you cannot find the answer, please submit a support ticket through the app by locating the shift under your Payment History.

When you click into the shift, you will see the option to submit a support ticket via a button called “Need help with this shift?”

If you are unable to locate the shift in your Payment History or have a payment issue that is not specific to a shift, please submit a support ticket through the general support ticket line in the app.
