I see that I need to complete a background check to continue onboarding, but I can’t click on it. How do I proceed?

We require partners to select a shift before submitting a background check. This is so we can verify there are available shifts in your area before having you complete a report. If you cannot view any shifts, that simply means we are not currently offering any within your area. Once a shift becomes available and you accept it, you will be able to submit a background check through the onboarding flow.
