Account Deletion and Data Privacy

Quick Answer: Disable your account (temporary, can return later) or request full deletion (permanent) in Profile > Settings, bottom of page. You can rejoin anytime by creating a new account.

Details: Disable: Profile > Settings > scroll to bottom > "Disable Account." Stops notifications, preserves account.

Delete: Profile > Settings > "Request Account Deletion" > choose "Delete my data" or "Get a copy of my data."

To stop emails without deleting: click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email. To stop push notifications: adjust phone notification settings for Shiftsmart.

When to Submit a Ticket: Not needed — both options are self-service. Only submit if the in-app process errors out.
