If you need help with the app, an upcoming shift, or a recently completed shift, follow these steps:
Access the Support Hub:
- Open the app and go to the home screen.
- Click the button in the upper right-hand corner.
- Search the help center, view recent messages, or submit a support ticket.
Payment Support:
- Open the app and go to the footer.
- Click to access your Earnings page.
- Find the shift or shop in question.
- Click "Need Help with this Payment?" to submit a ticket.
