Getting support

If you need help with the app, an upcoming shift, or a recently completed shift, follow these steps:

Access the Support Hub:

  1. Log into the app and go to the home screen.
  2. Click the question mark icon in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Send us a message, browse Help Center articles, or view recent messages or tickets.

Payment Support:

  1. Log into the app and go to the home screen.
  2. Click on Earnings in the main menu at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Find the shift or shop in question.
  4. Click "Contact us" to send us a message.
