If you need help with the app, an upcoming shift, or a recently completed shift, follow these steps:
Access the Support Hub:
- Log into the app and go to the home screen.
- Click the question mark icon in the upper right-hand corner.
- Send us a message, browse Help Center articles, or view recent messages or tickets.
Payment Support:
- Log into the app and go to the home screen.
- Click on Earnings in the main menu at the bottom of the screen.
- Find the shift or shop in question.
- Click "Contact us" to send us a message.
