Quick Answer: Browse available shifts in the Shifts tab, up to 7 days in advance. Shifts are first-come, first-served — partners with higher reliability scores get first access. Turn on notifications to be alerted when new shifts post.
Details: After completing onboarding for a role, you're eligible to see and book shifts. Same-day opportunities often arise when others cancel. To search: open the Shifts tab and browse by date using the tabs at the top. To find shifts in a different area, update your location settings (Profile > Settings > Update Personal Details).
Turn on app notifications and opt into text alerts to get notified first. High reliability partners receive notifications before others.
When to Submit a Ticket: Do not submit a ticket about shift availability. Shifts are released based on store demand with no guarantees. See "Why Don't I See Shifts?" if you believe your account is incorrectly restricted.
