Eligibility and Shift Availability
Once you complete all onboarding steps for a role, you’ll be eligible to work that role on our platform. Keep notifications on to be the first to know when shifts are released. Shifts go fast, but same-day opportunities often arise when others cancel. Completing shifts successfully and on time improves your chances for better shift opportunities.
Reasons You May Not See Shifts

Not Shift Eligible Yet
- Complete all onboarding steps for each role you want to work. If onboarding tasks still appear in the app, finish those before you can start working shifts.

Shifts Not Posted or Already Booked
- New shifts are typically available 72 hours in advance but may vary based on client needs. Shifts fill quickly, but you’ll receive notifications for openings due to cancellations or increased slots.

No Longer Shift Eligible
- In rare cases, repeated unsuccessful shifts (e.g., late cancellations or no shows) can lead to removal. Understand our reliability policies to maintain eligibility.
