When we release shifts on the platform, these are made available on a first-come, first-serve basis to partners. To receive a notification when a shift is available, make sure you have your app notifications turned on. You’ll be alerted when new shifts are available in your area! You can also opt into text message alerts when new shifts are posted on the platform.
Once you receive a notification, you should act fast to accept the shift as most available shifts are filled quickly.
High reliability status partners get notified of available shifts first, so make sure you follow the reliability policy and try to achieve an award status of Gold or Silver to see shifts before everyone else.
