Removing or changing a payout method

Managing Payout Methods

Adding a Payout Method:

• You must have at least one default payout method. To delete an existing method, add another method first.

To Delete a Payout Method:

1. Click on the $ sign on your home screen.
2. Go to your Funds page.
3. Scroll to Payment Accounts at the bottom.
4. Tap the payment account you want to edit.
5. Tap Remove.

Fixing Errors:

• If there is an error on a payment account, delete and re-add the account.

Important Notes:

• Your bank account can only be linked to one Stripe Account, and your Stripe Account can only be linked to one Partner ID.
• Multiple Partner IDs linked to your Stripe Account may result in removal from Shiftsmart.
