Quick Answer: View all payment info in the app: Earnings (bottom of screen) > Shift History for past shifts and status, or Funds for balance, withdrawals, and pending amounts.
Details: Shift History shows each shift with hours, pay, and status (Pending/Approved/Paid/Rejected). Funds shows current balance, pending funds with expected dates, and recent withdrawals. To dispute a specific shift: find it in Earnings and tap "Contact us."
When to Submit a Ticket: Not needed to check earnings. Use the Earnings tab. See relevant articles before submitting about a specific shift status.
