Referrer requirements: US resident, 18+, in good standing. Referred user: must be new (never worked or had an account), must use your code at signup, must complete a shift at an eligible store within 30 days, cannot sign up using your phone.
Denied reasons: code not used at signup (no retroactive application), no shifts worked, no shift within 30 days, shifts not at eligible locations, referral acquired through paid ads or job boards (prohibited).
When to Submit a Ticket: Only if the referred partner completed a qualifying shift 7+ days ago and the bonus hasn't appeared. Include their name and shift date. Do not ask to retroactively apply a code.
