Referrer Eligibility (You)
- Must be a resident of the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be in good standing with Shiftsmart (i.e., not deactivated).
- You can make unlimited referrals, provided the referred user meets the eligibility requirements.
Referred User Eligibility (Your Friend)
- Can be a friend, family member, or acquaintance.
- Cannot be yourself.
- Cannot sign up using your phone.
- Must have never worked a shift or be an existing Shiftsmart partner.
- Must use your referral code when signing up for Shiftsmart.
- Must be eligible to use Shiftsmart.
Shift Eligibility
- Must be a standard, non-orientation shift, as indicated in the app.
Store Eligibility
- Qualified stores vary based on the need for new workers.
- Check the app for currently qualified stores.
General Requirements
- The referred user MUST sign up with your referral code or link.
- The referred user must complete a standard, non-orientation shift within 30 days of signing up.
- The referred user must complete their shift at an eligible store.
- You cannot run paid ads or post on job boards to promote your referral link.
- Ensure your payment setup is complete in the app.
Referral Bonuses
Referral bonuses vary based on current store needs and are paid after the referred user completes their first shift. Encourage your friend to complete their shift promptly to secure the current bonus amount.
