Updating Your Location Settings

If you're not seeing shifts near you, update your profile location settings in two places:

App Settings:

  1. Go to your phone settings.
  2. Scroll down and select the Shiftsmart app.
  3. Click on Location and set it to "Always On" with "Precise Location" enabled.

Profile Address:

  1. Open the Shiftsmart app and go to the Profile tab in the lower right corner.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top right corner to open your profile settings.
  3. Under Settings, click Update Personal Details and enter your correct address. Ensure your zip code and city are accurate for the area where you want to see shifts.
