Instant Payment Benefits:

• Faster than the 3-5 business days for standard payments.

How to Opt-In:

1. Choose Instant Payment under "Select how you want to get paid."
2. Link a supporting payment method.
3. Review the rules and tap "Get Instant Pay" to confirm. (You only need to do this once.)

Eligibility:

• 95% of debit cards are eligible.
• Prepaid debit cards are not eligible.

How to Opt-Out:

• Tap "Withdraw" if your payment method supports Instant Pay.
• If it doesn't, add a new payment method that does.
• Instant Pay is provided by Stripe. If there are delays, try again after a few minutes.

Using Instant Payment:

1. Ensure you have funds in your Shiftsmart account.
2. Tap the $ symbol to access Earnings.
3. Tap "Withdraw."

Important Information:

• Instant Pay can be requested once a day and costs $1.99 per transaction (free for Gold or Silver partners)
• If the first attempt fails, try again the next day or wait for the free weekly auto-transfer on Sundays.
• Standard transfers can be done multiple times a day and take 3-5 business days
