We’re excited to have you complete an on-site shift at one of our eligible locations! You must be on site to clock in and out. If you are outside of the store radius, the app will not allow you to check in. If you leave the site without clocking out, the app will automatically clock you out.
Once you arrive on site, please follow these steps:
Check-In
- Go to the Schedule tab of the Shiftsmart app
- Select the shift you want to check into
- Click the Check-In button
- Ask the manager on duty for the 6 digit check-in code
- Enter in the check-in code given to you
- Begin your shift!
Check-Out
- Go to the Schedule tab
- Select the current shift you are on, that you want to clock out of
- Click the Check-Out button
- Enter the 6 digit clock out code, also provided by the manager on duty
If you make a mistake
- Select Send us a message from the shift details page or Help tab in the task list
- Start a conversation with the support chat
- When prompted, select My shifts and schedule
- Then select Report a shift issue
- Finally select Problem checking in or Problem checking out to report an issue
