In order to maximize your time clocked in, please ensure you are logged into any third party systems which might be necessary to complete your shift and follow the steps below.
Check-In
*Please note that you will be unable to check into a shift earlier than 30 minutes from the start time.
- Go to the Schedule tab of the Shiftsmart app.
- Select the remote shift you want to check in for.
- Click the Check-In button.
- Begin your shift.
Check-Out
- Go to the Schedule tab.
- Select the current remote shift you are working.
- Click the Check-Out button.
If you make a mistake
- Select Send us a message from the shift details page or Help tab in the task list
- Start a conversation with the support chat
- When prompted, select My shifts and schedule
- Then select Report a shift issue
- Finally select Problem checking in or Problem checking out to report an issue
