Task Photo and Location Requirements

Quick Answer: Photos must be taken on-site during your shift, show the correct task clearly, and not be duplicates. GPS location must verify you were at the store. Failed photos may delay or prevent payment.

Details: Requirements: show the correct task/area, be clear and not blurry, be taken at shift location during shift hours, be unique (no duplicates), and match the example shown in the app when you tap "add photo."

Photos must be submitted in-app during the shift. Emailed or after-the-fact photos are not accepted unless a tech error was reported within 30 minutes of shift end.

When to Submit a Ticket: Only if an app error prevented uploads AND you reported it in-app within 30 minutes. Include shift date, store, and description of the error.
