Task photo and location requirements

The photos you submit on the Task List help demonstrate how successful your shift is. To ensure your photos are correct, they must:

  1. Show the correct task or part of the store.
  2. Be clear (not blurry) and easy to understand.

If your photos don’t meet these requirements, the tasks will be marked as failed.

Helpful Tips:

  • If you need help, there are detailed instructions and videos in the app. You can find these in the information menu.
  • When you click “add photo,” you’ll see an example of what the correct picture should look like. Follow this example for your own photos.

Important: You must submit photos during your shift. If you don’t, you won’t get credit for completing the tasks, which could lead to your shift being rejected.

Reminder: Don’t forget to check in! Before starting your tasks, go to today’s shift, click ‘Check In,’ and then click ‘Start Task List’ to begin.
