What to do:
- Ask the store manager or associates if there's a workaround
- Report in-app immediately: "Having trouble with this shift?" > "Problem completing work" > "Problem at the store"
- Complete as many tasks as possible using available equipment
- Upload photos of what you were able to do
- If the equipment failure prevents ALL work and the manager confirms, you may report a turn-away

You will be paid for time on-site working, even if the work differs from the original plan due to equipment issues.
