When you work an on site shift with us, sometimes the store manager of the store will ask you to complete tasks that are not listed in your shift description or task list. When this happens, you can take the following actions:
Report the issue in the app
- Select Send us a message from the shift details page or Help tab in the task list
- Start a conversation with the support chat
- When prompted, select My shifts and schedule
- Then select Report a shift issue
- Next select Problem completing work
- Select Manager asked me to do something else
- You will have the opportunity to Report an issue to provide more details on what the manager asked you to do
Upload unique images to the Task List
If you don't have any issues completing the tasks they're asking you to do, please do the following:
- Upload a few images of the tasks that you did while on your shift
- DO NOT submit the same exact photos for every task. Instead, upload for a few tasks only and skip the rest, in order to avoid any payment delays.
