We understand that sometimes things happen at a store that are not within your control (ie. a store is closed, equipment is broken, etc.).
If the store is open and the manager hasn’t turned you away, please try to complete the shift to the best of your ability.
Report the issue
You can report store issues by going through the following steps:
- Select Send us a message from the shift details page or Help tab in the task list
- Start a conversation with the support chat
- When prompted, select My shifts and schedule
- Then select Report a shift issue
- Next select Problem completing work
- Select Problem at the store and select the type of problem.
- You will have the opportunity to Report an issue to inform us if you can’t complete work due to an issue at the store.
