Photo Validation for On-Site Shifts
To ensure fast payment, complete the in-shift task list by uploading photos for each required task in the app. This speeds up the process.
- Shifts without a completed task list require manual verification and can take up to 48 hours for payment.
- Each photo is reviewed to ensure it meets the customer’s requirements. Incomplete or missing photos may delay payment.
Review Process

Check-In Location and Time:
- Verify you were at the correct location during business hours.

Storefront Selfie:
- Ensure it's you in the photo with visible store signage. The photo should include your face and the store's facade for location verification.

Photos:
- Submit a receipt if a purchase is required, and any other necessary photos

Write-in Responses:
- Ensure responses are comprehensive and accurately address the questions.
Approval
Once reviewed, the shift is approved for payment. Ensure your payment account is set up in your Shiftsmart profile to avoid delays. If not, our team will contact you. After approval, payment is transferred to your Stripe Account, then to your bank account. This transfer should take 1-2 days.
