Cancellation Policy

Quick Answer: Cancel 12+ hours before shift start \= minimal impact. Within 12 hours (late cancel) \= significant reliability score decrease. No-show \= most severe impact, may cancel other bookings. Too many late cancels/no-shows progressively limit shift access.

Details: Customer-canceled shifts don't affect your score. Removed for missed confirmation \= cannot be reversed. Score recovery: only through future on-time completions.
