Your payment if a manager turns you away

How to report your turn away:

Be sure to report the turnaway while you are at the store during the scheduled shift time. 

  1. First, ensure you are checked in to the shift. If you need help checking in to your shift, you can use Shiftsmart's chat support to help check you in.
  2. Once checked in, on the shift details page, tap "Report an issue" under "Having trouble with your shift?"
  3. Once the chat is open, select 'Report an Issue', then 'Shift Issue', then 'Manager turned me away'
  4. You will be prompted to provide the reason the manager turned you away. Please respond with a detailed note explaining why you were turned away. 


Verification Process:

It may take up to 24 hours to confirm your turn away.

Payment:

Once verified, your shift will be approved for payment. Funds will be available in your account within 3-5 business days. For instant payment, use the 'Pay Me Now' feature if you're signed up for Instant Payments.
