Reliability and on-time scores help us understand how reliable of a partner you are and can give you eligibility to access shifts earlier and gain rewards! These scores are calculated based on the last 50 shifts you have worked. To increase your reliability and on-time scores, make sure you confirm shifts you plan to work, show up to confirmed shifts on time, and complete all tasks the customer asks!
Remember, violations of our cancelation policy (canceling less than 12 hours before start), no shows, and late arrivals will decrease your scores, and may cause you to lose shift visibility. Partners with low reliability scores see fewer shifts since shifts are made available to our most reliable partners first.
