Confirming Your Shifts

Quick Answer: After accepting a shift, confirm it before 12 hours from the start time. If you don't confirm, the shift is automatically removed and given to another partner. This cannot be reversed.

Details: Confirmation signals you're committed. Miss the window and the system reassigns the shift — support cannot reinstate it. If you confirm but no-show or late-cancel, your reliability score drops. Frequent issues affect future shift access.

When to Submit a Ticket: Not needed if you missed a confirmation. The shift is already reassigned.
