Onboarding — Virtual and On-Site Training

Quick Answer: Some roles require training before your first shift — either virtual (online session) or on-site (shadow shift at a store with a lead partner). Complete onboarding to unlock that role's shifts.

Details: Virtual onboarding: choose a session time when prompted, watch task demonstrations, and complete the session to unlock shifts.

On-site onboarding (shadow shifts): roles like Circle K food prep, Pepsi merchandising, Frito-Lay merchandising, and King Soopers eCommerce require in-person training. You'll be paired with a lead partner. To sign up: select the orientation shift from your schedule, then complete your background check when prompted.

If the lead partner doesn't show or the store manager is unaware, report it in-app immediately. See "Orientation and Shadow Shift Issues" (Orientation and Shadow Shift Issues).

When to Submit a Ticket: Only submit a ticket if you completed onboarding but shifts aren't appearing after 48 hours, or a technical error blocks the onboarding flow.
