Once you've accepted a shift, you may see an option to Confirm Shift. Please confirm only when you are fully committed to showing up to your shift.
- Timing: Confirm before 12 hours from the shift start time. Otherwise, the shift will be removed and given to someone else.
- Penalties: If you confirm but don't show up or cancel within 12 hours of the shift, your reliability score will decrease. Frequent late cancellations or no-shows will affect your ability to accept future shifts.
