Checking your background check status

Some projects in the Shiftsmart app require a background check. During onboarding, you'll be prompted to complete this. To check your background check status:

1. Open the Shiftsmart app.
2. Click on the Profile tab in the lower right corner.
3. Click the gear icon in the top right corner to open your profile settings.
4. Under the Reports category, click Background Checks to view the status of your reports.
