Rejected shifts

Some of the reasons why your shift may be rejected are:

  • You did not correctly check in or out of the shift
  • Your location was not at the correct address at the time of your shift.
  • Your in shift task list or audit did not meet quality standards and flagged one of our fraud checks. 
  • The store manager at the location where you were supposed to work a shift let us know that you did not show up or did not complete shift duties. 
  • You violated the partner terms of service or anti-fraud policy.

To dispute a rejected shift: 

  • Navigate to the home button and find the (?) on the upper righthand corner
  • Click 'Message us' go through the flow to report a payment issue
