Some of the reasons why your shift may be rejected are:
- You did not correctly check in or out of the shift
- Your location was not at the correct address at the time of your shift.
- Your in shift task list or audit did not meet quality standards and flagged one of our fraud checks.
- The store manager at the location where you were supposed to work a shift let us know that you did not show up or did not complete shift duties.
- You violated the partner terms of service or anti-fraud policy.
To dispute a rejected shift:
- Navigate to the home button and find the (?) on the upper righthand corner
- Click 'Message us' go through the flow to report a payment issue
