Troubleshooting pay issues

Automatic Weekly Transfers:

  • Funds are automatically transferred once a week on Sundays to your default payment method, free of charge.
  • Any funds not withdrawn by Sunday evening will be transferred.
  • Transfers take 3-5 days depending on your bank.
  • While funds are "In Transit," you cannot view or withdraw them in the Shiftsmart app.
  • Withdrawals cannot be reversed once submitted. Contact your bank for assistance.

Instant Payment vs. Standard Transfer:

  • Instant Payment: Funds appear in your account within 30 minutes.
  • Standard Transfer: Funds take 3-5 business days to appear.

If you don’t see your payout or see an error:

  • Please double check to ensure that your payment account is still active, valid, and not frozen. Review the error message to understand the reason your payment had an error.
  • You may need to contact your bank to understand why there was an error.
  • Banks may take longer to process payouts. Waiting 1-2 business days usually resolves the issue.
  • If it has been more than 2 business days since the expected arrival date, contact your bank and ask them to locate the payout from Stripe.
  • If your bank still can’t find the payout, visit Stripe Support for help.
