The Shiftsmart Partner Terms of Service serve as the independent contractor agreement between you and Shiftsmart that you acknowledged upon creating a profile on the app. You can review the terms in your app by navigating to Profile, clicking the gear symbol in the upper right hand corner, and clicking Contractor Agreement under the Legal section.
