Food Prep FAQ

Quick Answer: For Circle K food prep: use the task list for quantities, follow the planogram for placement, and submit photos for each task. Items out of stock? Mark "0" and "out of stock" in the task list

Details: Out of stock items: Leave "0 cooked" and mark out of stock in the task list. Do not leave the task blank — always indicate the reason.

No manager in the store: Work with other associates. Let them know you're there for food prep. Be polite and offer help.

Phone not cooperating / can't take photos: Troubleshoot by closing other apps, taking photos with your default camera and uploading later, or restarting your phone. If nothing works, message the issue through the app support.

SKU reports: For Bin Prep and Food Prep shifts, you must submit all required SKU reports along with task photos.

When to Submit a Ticket: Only if a technical issue prevents task completion AND you reported it in-app during the shift.
