Auto Check-Out Policy

Quick Answer: The system automatically checks you out if you exceed your shift's scheduled end time or if GPS shows you left the store. You're paid only for recorded on-site time within the shift window. Do not stay past your scheduled shift, even if the manager asks.

Details: Exceeded shift duration: You are auto-checked out when you pass the shift's end time. No payment for work after auto-checkout. Check "Time Remaining" in shift details and finish before the end. Even if the store manager asks you to stay, the system will check you out — you will NOT be paid for extra time.

Left the store location: GPS detected you left the store during your shift. You'll be paid only for on-site time. If this was a GPS error (phone was on you, you didn't leave): ensure Precise Location is enabled, phone wasn't left in a car/back room.

Accidental auto-checkout: Report immediately in-app while still at the store. If the team confirms you worked the full duration, your timecard will be adjusted and any penalties removed within 24-72 hours.

When to Submit a Ticket: Only if you reported the auto-checkout in-app and the timecard hasn't been adjusted after 72 hours. Include shift date and your actual departure time.
